Do guests need an app or an account?

No. Guests scan the QR and get a web page — no download, no sign-in, no cookie banner. It keeps working after the first load even if the venue Wi-Fi drops.

Will the QR code change if I edit my list?

Never. Print your signs as early as you like — every edit, right up to the morning of the event, goes live at the same code instantly.

What happens if my list grows past 50 after I've published?

Nothing breaks. Your page stays live showing the first 50 guests alphabetically, and you’ll see a note in your dashboard. Upgrade when you’re ready and the full list appears at the same QR.

What if I change my mind after paying?

If your event hasn’t happened yet and it’s within 30 days of purchase, we refund in full — no questions, no forms. See the refund policy.

How long does my page stay up?

A full year after your event date. No one-week expiry — the link in your wedding group chat keeps working through the thank-you notes.
